A Glass Of Golden Beer Next To Three Cans Of Cellarmaker Brewing Company’s The Ghost I Used To Be West Coast Ipa.

The Ghost I used to be is a West Coast IPA brewed with our friend up in Portland, @brujos_brewing. Dark in spirit, but bright in the pint! A base of Citra and Simcoe lays an aromatic foundation, with Chinook carrying the torch for an old-school touch of pine, resin and grapefruit pith. Nectaron slides in to provide the modern twist of pineapple, passionfruit and ripe stonefruit. The final layer of Nectaron Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Columbus Cryo add concentrated lupulin, all of the oil and resin with none of the leafy drag, pushing everything to full saturation. Brighter tropical fruit, stickier pine and a deep, dank resin that hangs around long after the last burp. This one finishes dry and clean, exactly how we like them. Best enjoyed with something heavy on the stereo. This beer will carry your taste buds to the grave!
