Our anniversary Pale Ale recipes have always come from a farmer’s market kind of mentality. What are the best hops in our fridge this year? What are the hop varieties we are most excited about right now? What is a combo that we haven’t seen yet that just sounds delightful? Here it is! This one has Freestyle Farms’ Tropical Fusion Blend taking the lead with a nice passionfruit/kiwi gummy bear character, NZ Cascade right behind it for that big lime zest hit, rounding it out is our beloved Oregon-grown Coleman Ag Mosaic, Nectaron Cryo and some real melon-forward Idaho grown Simcoe. For right now, this is top of the tops for us, our faves all together in one Pale Ale to celebrate 13 years. Cheers!
