Waves On The Moon

Waves on the Moon is our latest Hazy IPA creation. A good bit has changed in the way of our preferences and access to excellent new hop varieties, or simply excellent iterations of hops we already knew and loved. This year we have been into layering varieties, recognizing that small sprinkles can really be just the right amount of certain varieties and are chasing complexity in aroma and flavor. This one features 2 lots of Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Simcoe T90 and Cryo, a tiny hit of Galaxy and our new favorite, Tropical Fusion. An intentionally complex absolutely stacked hop bill designed to create a really beautiful lime, passionfruit, grapefruit pith, apricot character.
