Green Knuckle: Simcoe

Green Knuckle is our new annual series of single-variety wet hop beers, brewed to showcase each cultivar’s vibrant and radiant character. Every batch will highlight an individual farm’s expression and provide the freshest and most raw hop character possible. Harvested straight off the bine in the morning and in our brewhouse by the same afternoon, these beers truly present each hop in its purest form. Up first is Simcoe. Simcoe known for its pungent citrus grove and pine forest like expression. These were harvested from one of our favorite hop farmers in the world, Coleman Agriculture, from their highly sought after Mt. Angel farm. These Simcoes were majorly impactful and intense and the beer they are in follows that lead for sure!
