Spring Lager
Here’s an easy drinking lager that achieves a respectably low alcohol level but doesn’t sacrifice the flavor of rustic malts and European hops. Brewed with 100% Weyermann Isaria malt, the oldest German malting barley variety, which was officially approved for the beer production in 1924. The Isaria has a pleasant bread crust and honey-like flavor that plays nicely with the pronounced European hop flavor and spicy bitterness. A perfect beverage for the cool breeze and warm sunny days of Spring.
