Snackette is the fourth release in our Brewers’ Beer series, where we hand the reins over to our production team and let them dream up a beer of their own. This tasty treat comes from one of our newest hires, Mackie Koenig! Snackette is a personal recipe of Mackie’s that she has brewed in previous iterations throughout her career as a brewer. Initially developed to be a small “snackable” saison, it has steadily evolved into this beautiful little grisette we present to you today! Remarkably dry, crushable, and a delicate ester profile, Snackette is a beautiful representation of both the style and a brewer’s never ending chase to improve. 4.8% ABV
