Created as a subtle tip-of-the-cap to a Berkeley brewing legend, Pyramid Scheme is our modern interpretation of an Unfiltered Apricot Wheat Ale. Conditioned on nearly 200lbs of Blenheim apricots sourced from B&R Farms in Hollister, CA, this small batch treat delivers a tremendous fresh apricot aroma. The crisp yet full bodied canvas provided by our Unfiltered Wheat Ale lets the fruit shine while still delivering a dry and clean finish.
