Nitro Extra Special Bivalve collab w/ Cloudburst & Holy Mountain
You’ve heard of an oyster stout, but what about an oyster Extra Special Bitter? Seattle’s Cloudburst and Holy Mountain Brewing Companies came down and brought some amazing oysters with them from Hama Hama and Baywater. After slurping down numerous oysters we took the shells and added them to the boil of this beer to extract some nice minerality. We also brewed Extra Special Bivalve with English Maris Otter malt and hopped it generously with classic English East Kent Golding hops. Served smooth and creamy on nitro, this is a great representation of what you’d find in a pub in jolly old England.
