License to Chill collab w/ Liquid Gravity
Cold IPA • 6.5% ABV
Our friends at Liquid Gravity Brewing Co. came up during Beer Week and brewed this Cold IPA. What’s a cold IPA? Well it’s a form of West Coast IPA that is fermented cold with a lager yeast and achieves a lightness in appearance that could be mistaken for a pilsner, but smells and tastes like a proper IPA. We incorporated Simcoe and Mosaic for some classic IPA aromas and also highly hopped License to Chill with New Zealand Cascade, a hop that brings some bright citrus and floral notes.
