Mo’ Idaho 7 w/ Freshly Kilned CTZ

We’ve got a special treat for you. This batch of Mo’ Idaho 7 is a bit EXTRA. Not only does it contain the two most potent hops in our arsenal – Mosaic and Idaho 7 – but it also has been infused with a pound per barrel of freshly kilned CTZ hops from our friends at CLS Farms in Yakima. The kilning process dries out the just picked wet hop preserving the aroma and flavor. Immediately after kilning these CTZ hops were packaged up and shipped to us. They were only 5 days old when we used them so they were exploding with huge aromas of pine and ganja and a whopping grapefruit flavor, all of which exude from Mo’ Idaho 7!
