Trimming Trees ~ Sold Out
Two of our best buds, Highland Park Brewery (LA) and Green Cheek Beer Co (Orange), collaborated on this mixed-culture ale with us. We added douglas fir branches to the kettle for a gin botanical like spice quality. We then aged the beer in French oak for many moons with each brewery’s house culture. Celebrate the holidays with friends.
