Radio Edit – Hazy West Coast Pale Ale – SOLD OUT
Radio Edit is a hazy West Coast pale ale. The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it has crisp hop flavor, an assertive bitterness not usually found in hazy beers and a clean hoppy aroma with very little yeast contribution. That’s just a long way of saying it tastes great! Hops: Galaxy, Citra, Motueka

Coffee and Cigarettes – Smoked Coffee Porter
A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add two pounds of Sightglass Kenyan Gaturiri coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character.

Orange Julian – Hazy IPA – SOLD OUT
A big old IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach’s 10th anniversary.

Tanuki Colada – Piña Colada Milkshake IPA – collab with Great Notion – Sold Out
This milkshake IPA is inspired by the Mochi series of beers by our friends at Great Notion who collaborated with us on Tanuki Colada. If you like piña coladas then you will love this beer. Large additions of pineapple puree and organic toasted coconut bring bright beachside tropical aromas and flavors, all complimented by some creamy vanilla and tangy Nelson Sauvin hops. A small dose of lactose sugar adds a pleasant sweetness that brings everything together.
