Brewed in celebration of our 12th Anniversary, this Hazy Pale Ale is the culmination of over a decade’s worth of pale ale production. Highlighting a variety of the staff’s favorite hops (Citra, Ekuanot, Motueka, Krush Cryo, and HBC 630 Cryo), this one is a bright and expressive little hoppy beer. Newly released from the fine folks at Segal Ranch Hop Farm, D5-055 might be the best new hop variety we’ve seen in a while. With wildly expressive aromas of ruby red grapefruit, pink pomelo, and overripe pineapple, this hop is anything but subtle. We couldn’t help but run it with a clean and lean little West Coast Pale Ale in an attempt to really let the hop itself shine. Crisp, snappy, and focused, this showcase of D5-055 reminds us that sometimes simple is better.

Foreign Object - WC IPA - TDNE Collab
A collision of intention and entropy, brewed in collaboration with There Does Not Exist. We layered Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, Nectaron, and Cascade Cryo into a lean, driven West Coast frame. Bright citrus rind, ripe grapefruit, and white grape skins flicker across the nose, riding on a backbone of firm resin and pine sap. The Cryo hops sharpen the edges—energetic, taut, and razor-clean—while Nectaron and Nelson stretch the arc toward tropical tension. Beneath it all, a lean Pilsner malt base hums, never in the way. Expect a drink that demands attention—clear, biting, hop-intense—but with shape, balance, and intention. It’s not just an object in your glass—it’s one that stares back.

We cooked this one up with our friends at Highland Park Brewery, and it’s got some serious flavor. Sizzle Sauce is a West Coast IPA dripping with Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, Simcoe, Krush Cryo, and Columbus Cryo, serving up a perfect balance of citrusy zest, tropical tang, and that dank, piney snap. It’s bright, sticky, and loaded with hop drip — the kind of beer that lights up your palate without burning it out. Clean, crisp, and full of spark — this one’s got the sauce.

Green Knuckle: Krush - WC Wet Hopped IPA
Green Knuckle is our new annual series of single-variety wet hop beers, brewed to showcase each cultivar’s vibrant and radiant character. Every batch will highlight an individual farm’s expression and provide the freshest and most raw hop character possible. Harvested straight off the bine in the morning and in our brewhouse by the same afternoon, these beers truly present each hop in its purest form. Freshly harvested from Jackson Hop Farms (@jacksonhopfarms) in Wilder, ID, these wet Krush hops were picked, driven, and thrown into the brewhouse within 12 hours. Already known for its pungent citrus skin and tropical fruit aroma, the wet Krush hops used in Green Knuckle : Krush were bursting with even more brightness than we expected. Notes of white Haribo gummy bears, key lime pie, and mango nectar are all rounded out with a bright aromatic twang of red currants, creating a truly in-you-face wet hop experience.

Green Knuckle: Mosaic - WC Wet Hopped IPA
Green Knuckle is our new annual series of single-variety wet hop beers, brewed to showcase each cultivar’s vibrant and radiant character. Harvested straight off the bine in the morning and in our brewhouse by the same afternoon, these beers truly present each hop in its purest form. Wet Mosaic hops are possibly the stickiest and most oil saturated cones we work with all year. Thrown into our hop back hours after they’ve been harvested from BC Ranch in Woodburn, OR, the hops effuse the most raw and intense aromas of blueberry skins, passionfruit, and green guava. With light touches of tangelo and cannabis flower, this version of Green Knuckle checks all the Wet Hop boxes. Each batch should be consumed quickly, as the delicate compounds that make these beers so vivid and unique degrade rapidly. These beers are peak hop season in a glass, so please enjoy them while it lasts!
