10 Forty - German Style Pilsner

If you’ve been paying attention to the NorCal lager game then you know that Urban Roots makes one of the most perfect little Czech Lagers called 10 Degrees. It was to our delight when UR agreed to collaborate with us and make a 10 Degrees copy but through a German lens. The recipe is quite similar to 10 Degrees but with the subtle difference of employing German Tettnang and Mittelfruh hops. Otherwise, any other differences will be from the unique influences our breweries and brewers impart. Prost!

Shadows in Bloom - Czech Style Amber Lager

One of our favorite malt and hop driven lager styles and more traditionally referred to as polotmavý ležák, or half-dark lager, in Czechia. Shadows in Bloom is the perfect intersection of deeply flavorful malt and spicy Czech Saaz hops. A single decoction mash step develops flavors of rich whole wheat and seeded bread crust with hints of desiccated currants and burnt sugar. The saturated hop character helps balance but also enhances the malt as well. Don’t be fooled by the dark amber color and multitude of flavors, Shadows in Bloom is only 5% alcohol by volume and retains very high drinkability.

We love Australian Galaxy hops & have been really happy with their quality lately. That’s why we decided to brew our original 100% Galaxy beer, Moonage Daydream. This pale ale is super crushable with a light, cracker-y malt character & pungent mango and pine aromas from the hops. This one will make you freak out! Drink more pale ale!

Far Out - Hazy IPA

We’ve teamed up with HPA (Hop Products Australia) on a brand new Hazy IPA featuring their finest 2024 crop hops. This opaque pale straw-colored beer features lots of 2024 crop Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret at a 2:1:1 ratio. Massive aromatics of pineapple, passionfruit, douglas fir, peach rings and satsuma lead into a similar complex hoppy flavor. We hope you enjoy drinking this showcase of these hop varieties as much as we enjoyed making it. Cheers Mate!

Pacific Dopeness - WC IPA

Super dry and crisp with minimal malt and high minerality, and a laser focus on the hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. We desire a hoppy ale that has enticingly pungent aromas that remind us of tropical fruit and freshly cured ganja as well as a flavor that coats the tongue with alluring hop oils that triggers a dopamine response. Hops: Strata, Talus, Simcoe and Motueka
