"Bubble Chamber" Dry Hopped German Style Pilsner 4pk

We are so stoked to bring you our latest lager Bubble Chamber, a dry-hopped German-style pilsner. This is the light beer craft drinkers want to crush.  Pleasantly soft citrus and floral orange blossom aromas arise from German Hallertau Mittelfrüh and the dry hop of whole leaf German Hersbrucker hops sourced by @hopheadfarms. The flavor is fresh, clean and vibrant with hints of oolong tea, lilac pollen, honey dipped rye bread and dried lemon peel.

"Dank and Infused" West Coast Pilsner 4pk

Dank and Infused, a pretty proper name for this easy drinking and crisp hoppy lager. We saturated the kettle during the brew with Citra 702, a concentrated oil extracted from Citra hops by Yakima Chief in Washington. We then dry hopped Dank and Infused with more Citra, Strata and Peacharine – a new hop out of Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. We get notes of tangy tangelo, thai lime leaf and Mendocino outdoor buds.

This is a real treat for any drinker who enjoys a malt focused beer. Brass Boots is imbued with a tantalizing deep orange hue from English Maris Otter, Dark Crystal and Honey Malts. Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops. As you contemplate the path to the top of Mt. Nelson think about the 2.5 lbs. per barrel of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops in this precarious pale ale. Ruminate on the diesely, tropical fruit and melon aromas. May we suggest a word of advice: it’s not the summit of Mt. Nelson you need to worry about, rather, the way down to the bottom.

"Mo' Strata" WC IPA 4pk

New comer Strata hops are showcased here alongside some good ol’ Mosaic. Strata is really cool. It’s a very weedy hop. Yes, that weed. It reeks of pineapple, lemon & Bonnaroo. We think the guava, tangerine & pine elements of the Mosaic team up perfectly to make this focussed, dank and fruity IPA. This is a West Coast IPA, so that means it’s clear, crisp & resinous. "X-raying Nugs" DDH Hazy DIPA - collab with North Park Beer Co. 4pk

We employed the North Park treatment of infusing Citra Incognito in the fermenter of X-Raying Nugs and then further hopped the bejesus out of it with Nelson, Nelson Cryo and Citra. Then on top of that we added Rakau SubZero Hop Kief, a hop extract from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, for an extra terp and berry slap of aroma.

"Dank Statement" West Coast Triple IPA 4pk

We don’t always make triple IPAs but when we do, they are DANK. So imagine our level of stokedness to bring back this ripping West Coast banger that hasn’t been brewed in four and a half years! As such, we swapped some hops in and out to update this to match our current ideals of what makes the best terpene driven clear and bitter beer. Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marinier and lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean and crisp bitterness.

"Baby Blammo" Strong Coconut Stout 4pk

Baby Blammo! is a lower abv version of our “Blammo!” imperial stout but with the same amount of toasted coconut of that much stronger beer. Baby Blammo delivers huge flavor in a more drinkable package. Take that with a grain of salt as Baby Blammo is still nice and viscous, coconut forward and has big coffee and chocolate notes as well.
