Green Knuckle is our new annual series of single-variety wet hop beers, brewed to showcase each cultivar’s vibrant and radiant character. Every batch will highlight an individual farm’s expression and provide the freshest and most raw hop character possible. Harvested straight off the bine in the morning and in our brewhouse by the same afternoon, these beers truly present each hop in its purest form. Freshly harvested from Jackson Hop Farms (@jacksonhopfarms) in Wilder, ID, these wet Krush hops were picked, driven, and thrown into the brewhouse within 12 hours. Already known for its pungent citrus skin and tropical fruit aroma, the wet Krush hops used in Green Knuckle : Krush were bursting with even more brightness than we expected. Notes of white Haribo gummy bears, key lime pie, and mango nectar are all rounded out with a bright aromatic twang of red currants, creating a truly in-you-face wet hop experience.
