Bourbon Blammo - BA Stout
Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous!

Double Barrel Batch 2000 - Double Barrel BA Barleywine
As we did with Batch 1000, Batch 2000 is celebrated by the brewing of a Barleywine designed with all the knowledge and wisdom gained over one thousand brews. Batch 2000 was transferred into Weller Reserve and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 10 months. We then further rested it in a mix of Savage and Cooke Burning Chair Bourbon and Lip Service Rye barrels for an additional 13 months. After the oak and spirit character had increased significantly we blended our favorite 4 barrels to create this monstrous showcase of what time and wood can do to Barleywine.

Works & Days Barleywine
The 2024 vintage is a masterful blend of five components, marrying 60% single oak-aged Barleywine with 20% Double Oak Aged Barleywine and 20% Double Oak Aged Munichwine. Enticing aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon-soaked dates, and chinotto draw you in. Each sip delivers rich, layered flavors of maple sugar marzipan, crème brûlée, fig, cinnamon-raisin pumpernickel French toast, and a warm bourbon finish.

11th Anniversary Barleywine
We’re having a little fun for our 11th birthday with our first ever adjunct barleywine release. After blending together 24 month bourbon and rye barrel aged munichwine with 18 month bourbon aged barleywine, we roasted up 400 lbs of pecans and infused them into the blend. That’s 2 lbs of pecans per gallon! Our talented brewers then added a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to create a boozy liquid pecan roll! You will be entranced by the patisserie aromas of pain au chocolat, pecan pie filling and Little Debbie’s pantry followed by decadent flavors of pecan morning buns, caramel drizzled french toast and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. (contains pecans roasted in peanut oil)

Golden Sour with Apricots – As apricots ripen in the orchard, these delicate, golden-orange fruits develop complex tartness and funky floral aroma. Our fascination with the flavors this fruit exhibits inspired the creation of Map of the Sun. Golden sour beer was conditioned on apricots in oak barrels, maximizing the rich jammy notes and velvety mouth expressed by the fruit. This beer celebrates the beginning of Summer highlighting all of the delightfully sour nuances of an apricot.

Space Jellies - The Rare Barrel
Thanks to a windfall of wet Strata hops, Space Jellies comes to life through one of the more unique processes employed at the brewery. Hundreds of pounds of whole-cone wet Strata hops were added directly to oak barrels, where they were conditioned upon a unique mixed fermentation beer for nine months.
Loaded with bright berry and melon-like aromas and boasting notes of juicy pineapple and watermelon, Space Jellies is an extraterrestrial trip through the endless abyss known as the cosmos.

Simmer Dim - Scotch Aged Barleywine
This Barleywine was skillfully crafted with almost 90% Scottish malted barley from Simpson’s Malt, which is also one of the malts that Highland Park incorporates in their whisky. During aging in the oak the base beer develops intensely rich attributes resembling toffee, molasses, wild flower honey soaked almonds, Turkish delight and rustic rye loaf. The peat smoke of the whisky, restrained as it is, still imbues Simmer Dim with the most intriguing campfire background that plays nicely with some boozy heat.

2020 Cellarmaker Pinot
Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

2021 Cellarmaker Chardonnay
Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing!
