Are you ready for the final frontier? An exploration into the hoppiest of the hoppy. Triple Mt. Nelson pushes you to your limits. This beer will take you on a journey through time, space and flavor. We utilized 2 different lots of Nelson that we personally selected from samples flown to us by Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. We believe this is the consummate Nelson experience with loads of dieselly sauvignon blanc and passionfruit aromas and mouth-coating gooey pine sap flavors.

Night of the living DANK IPA
Board up your brewery doors and windows because tonight the DANK walk. The brewery staff at Cellarmaker is prepared to fight off the hop walkers to protect this West Coast IPA collaboration with the rad peeps of North Park Beer Co down in San Diego. We pumped this crisp hop flex with Citra Incognito (a cool new hop oil product) as well as New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Motueka as well as a hefty dose of Simcoe. The result is a modern West Coast IPA with incredible aromas of Haribo candies, meyer lemon sorbet and tangy Kush. The flavor is clean and oily with pine and pith.

Hollingbery & Son IPA
We have to give immense credit to Hollingbery and Son Inc, a family owned hop supplier in Washington, with the rapid advancement in quality of Cellarmaker’s hoppy beer in our early years. They gave us our first look at what “hop selection” is and how it transforms a brewery’s hoppy beer brewing program. There is nothing like digging your nose deep into ten versions of the same hop to further understand what that hop can truly be and which version you want to put in your beer. Hollingbery and Son IPA is brewed with only Hollingbery supplied hops, all of which are of the highest quality: Citra, Cascade, Idaho 7, Strata and Centennial.

Tiny Dankster Pale Ale
Dry-hopped with ridiculous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra this is one of our juiciest and favorite pale ales. It is a mini version of our double IPA Original Dankster. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical fruits. Hold Me Closer Tiny Dankster!

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case or $30 for 2 half cases as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California or Nevada; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GLS once the parcel has been scanned by them.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
