Mo’ Simcoe
Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. The Simcoe we selected earlier this year has a really cool apricot, pine and blackberry character that accompanies Mosaic’s melon and guava character really well. Mo’ Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out. West Coast for life!

Dobis
Dobis is our 100% Citra hopped pale ale that starts with lots of Scottish Golden Promise malt to create a graham cracker base. Then Citra brings forth lots of pineapple, mandarin, citrus, and mango. We love Citra, it is super juicy and flavorful. This is the first beer in a long line of brews that we make hopped only with it. Cheers to the OG Dobis!

Dauv Williams
First there was Hank, then there was Dank, now there’s Dauv. That’s right, Dauv is back in another sudsy adventure as Cellarmaker and Alvarado Street Brewery team up to bring you the freshest batch of this hoppy ripper of a beer. Dauv Williams is a juicy Double IPA brewed with boat loads of oats, Mosaic, Galaxy and Nelson hops and fermented with our house ale strain. This over the top beer is DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED for maximum intensity. Layers and layers of tropical fruit and freshly cured dank in this one!

Coffee & Cigarettes
A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add nearly two pounds of Sightglass Kenyan Baragwi AA coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character.

Qualität (Hefeweizen)
Qualität means “Quality” in German, something the Germans and us at Cellarmaker are always trying to improve. When it came time to name our first hefeweizen, the term seemed like a perfect fit. We brewed Qualität with German wheat and barley malts and fermented it with a popular Weizen yeast strain that gives off fruity and spicy notes. Not quite traditional, but not far off, we did hop Qualität in the kettle with a little bit of New Zealand Motueka and Riwaka, two hops that have their parentage in the Saaz hop often used in and around Germany. The resulting brew is light and fluffy with a spectacular pillowy head and alluring aromas and flavors of citrus, clove, vanilla, freshly baked white bread and green banana. 5.0%

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case or $30 for 2 half cases as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GLS once the parcel has been scanned by them.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
