Turok Juice is the Hazy version of our 100% Mosaic West Coast IPA Turok: Mosaic Hunter. For this juicier version we applied our expressive yeast blend for notes of pineapple and tangerine and then hopped the beer with 2 different lots of incredible, specially selected Mosaic hops. This beer is truly dynamic and shows off one of our favorite and most versatile varieties. Notes of stonefruit, melon, and resin with an incredibly pungent aroma!

It isn’t often that New Zealand rolls out a new hop, let alone one with such fanfare. The word on the street is that Nectaron is a top level rookie from the Southern Hemisphere hop world and from our sensory we are excited to see what this hop does in our beer. From rubbing and sniffing Nectaron we picked up notes of peach, grape cotton candy, zippy lime and terpy cedar. Team that up with Mosaic’s dank tropical and ganja like characteristics and methinks we have a winning combo!

Do you love the tantalizing aroma of passion fruit and guava? Much of their aroma comes from aromatic molecules called “thiols.” Phantasm is a new product out of New Zealand that is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a grape varietal that contains a high level of “thiol precursors.” During fermentation the expressive yeast in this brew can convert the precursors into those tropical thiols. Add to that aggressive hopping from Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo and you have a true cornucopia of fruit character!

The return of the Cellarmaker & Toppling Goliath collaboration Triple IPA “Tears in Rain.” The team from @tgbrews came through during 2020 Beer Week (seems like more than a year ago!) & brewed a follow up to 2019’s Anthropogenic Extinction IPA. This dank Hazy West Coast TIPA uses super sticky Strata, Idaho 7 and Simcoe to create layers upon layers of ridiculously intense tropical & citrusy hop character!

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case or $30 for 2 half cases as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California or Nevada; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GLS once the parcel has been scanned by them.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
