Rolling Paperboy – West Coast Pale Ale collab with Threes Brewing Co – SOLD OUT
Y’all might not be aware, but Threes has been quietly crushing it in and around New York City for some time now. They were the first brewery we ever had a foudre aged pilsner from, and now that’s like a thing. They were also the first brewery to hand us brewery branded rolling papers. So let’s just say, we’ve been fans for a bit. We are super stoked to brew this collaboration West Coast Pale “Ale” with Riwaka, Centennial and Simcoe which is fermented with a lager yeast. Wait what? I THOUGHT YOU SAID THIS IS AN ALE. Well it’s not, but no need to get bogged down in the details. It works, just trust us and it’s good; so just roll one up and drink this beer already.

Best Fiends – Strong Porter
This is a big chewy Porter that focuses on quality malts. This luscious brew has the nose and flavor intensity of an imperial stout but comes in at a reasonable ABV. Best Fiends contains no adjuncts yet is packed with aromas of freshly baked chocolate croissant, graham cracker, cigar tobacco, high percentage cacao, and malted milk ball.

Mo’ Simcoe – West Coast IPA – SOLD OUT
Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. The Simcoe we selected earlier this year has a really cool pine, lemon and blackberry character that accompanies Mosaic’s melon and guava character really well. Mo’ Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out. West Coast for life!

Juice Kiosk – Hazy IPA – SOLD OUT
We were driving through the desert and hadn’t seen anything for what felt like hours. We’d gone through all of the cans we’d scored on our road trip the night before and were itching for some fresh juice. Low and behold, as we came over the ridge and viewed the valley below, far away in the distance we saw what appeared to be a large rotating pineapple. That could only mean one thing, we’d found a kiosk, slangin’ the freshest juice of all the land.
We are stoked to unveil our latest expressive yeast Hazy IPA, Juice Kiosk, featuring a melange of hop varieties for a great offering of red fruit, white grape, grapefruit oil forward terpenes, and a nice dusting of pine. Hopped with Strata, Nelson, Simcoe, Centennial and Motueka. This juice bomb is sure to please!

Le Blond – Belgian-Style Ale
Le Blond is the Belgian influenced blonde ale we want to drink on regular occasions. It is pleasantly aromatic from European hops and a fine Belgian yeast ester quality from an open tank cold fermentation. We then condition Le Blond for many weeks to further smooth the rough edges resulting in an incredibly soft, highly drinkable and elegant beer.

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case or $30 for 2 half cases as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California or Nevada; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GLS once the parcel has been scanned by them.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
