Orange Julian Hazy IPA ~ SOLD OUT
A big old juicy and hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach’s 10th anniversary and is a very much loved filled shoutout to our friend Julian Shrago, Beachwood’s incredibly talented founder and head brewer. Julian and Cellarmaker didn’t see eye to eye on the whole hazy IPA thing at first, so we’ve always poked a little fun at him for it. Now we gotta stay on our toes because him and the staff at Beachwood are making some of the best hazy hoppy ales in California if not the country. Cheers to Julian and him playing along!

The Glow Hazy West Coast Pale Ale ~ SOLD OUT
Motueka and Citra hops provide a Satsuma zest nose with pleasantly bitter tropical tang and candy apricot on a familiar coastal New Zealand hop flavor undertone. We had to sprinkle The Glow with a little Simcoe and Mosaic for some of that west coast dankness that we love. It’s got that Cellarmaker glow!

This is the bigger, badder version of Coffee and Cigarettes. We use over 4 lbs per barrel of Sightglass coffee for an intense coffee kick alongside a light addition of German Beechwood Smoked Malt for a touch of smoke character. We infused this batch with the Colombian and Papa New Guinean grown coffees.

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per case as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and complete. You will receive a tracking number from us when it becomes available. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to be generated.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
