Simcoe Galaxy was one of our first dozen IPAs or so. It is difficult to imagine an IPA that better represents modern hop combos. American Simcoe, the hop that rewrote the IPA playbook with intense pine, grapefruit and marijuana notes gets teamed up with the much sought-after Southern Hemisphere variety, Galaxy, the most potently tropical hop of all. Cantaloupe Island Experimental Hop Hazy West Coast IPA
Cantaloupe Island has become our rotating experimental hop Hazy IPA. This batch features the first hop oil concentrate from the famed Freestyle Farms in New Zealand. SubZero Hop Kief is the oil distillate of Motueka hops achieved through a process that removes all of the green matter leaving just the aromatic, sticky oils. Smell for wafts of Thai lime leaf and melon flesh. 4pk =$20

We were so enamored with our new pale ale “Lil’ Terp” that we decided to Hulkify it and make a Double Dry Hopped IPA version. Big Terp is an intensely hoppy IPA that features some of our hardest hitting hops — Enigma, Galaxy, Citra and HBC 586 — which bring incredible citrus and marijuana like characteristics that coat your tongue with sticky hop sap.
