“Kilning Me Softly” IPA utilizes our 4 favorite American hop varieties: Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Strata. All 4 were selected by us with intention to find the fruitiest, juiciest and most pungent examples of that varietal. This is that dream beer that we’ve been trying to make since opening our doors in 2013. Getting direct access to farms and farmers, thanking them for what they do and working with their finest quality specimens. Notes of stonefruit, lychee, drippy resin apricot, grapefruit, pine trees and red starburst.

“Mt Cook” IPA Cans ~ Sold Out
“Mt. Cook” IPA is a 100% New Zealand hopped IPA. It features Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, NZ Cascade, Riwaka and Wai Iti hops. We fly to New Zealand every spring to visit the small farm that we work with and tour their hop fields, thank the farmers and select the lots of hops that we will be able to buy from them from that harvest. This beer features our 2018 selections. These are New Zealand hops at their finest, not just any old Nelson, this is the best we’ve ever had. Tropical fruit aromas and flavors galore as well as a smaller notes of diesel (something we see often in NZ hops).
