Moonage Daydream

Galaxy hops come all the way from Australia. We feel bad for these little guys. They travel so far and we feel like they don’t get their due respect so we decided to feature them in their own beer. Moonage Daydream is the next ale in our series of 100% single hopped beers. It is an extra pale ale with a simple malt bill of pale malt, vienna malt, and a touch of caraMunich. The galaxy hops present a complexity that is usually acheived by using multiple varieties. Aromas of orange peel, mango, unripe papaya, lemon peel and pine explode out of the glass and flavors of grapefruit, crackery malt, and lemongrass lace your tongue. Finally, a lingering grassy bitterness hangs on tight with a pear like fruitiness. Grab a pint and freakout in a Moonage Daydream. Oh Yeah!
