Flight Feathers is a collaborative barrel project with Horus Aged Ales that showcases Weller’s wheated Bourbon complexity in a rich and robust base. We aged Flight Feathers for 13 months in a Weller Special Reserve Bourbon barrel and then further conditioned another 14 months in a second fresh Weller Bourbon barrel for a lively spirit-forward character.
