The next beer in a series of 2-Hop pale ales exploring the sexiest hops the world has to offer. Get ready to experience two unique hops coming out of New Zealand: newcomer Nectaron and Cascade (yes the same Cascade but grown in NZ). Nectaron has soft peachy notes and hints of tart blackberry and Cascade, which smells nothing like the stuff grown in the US, is loaded with bright Thai lime and electric Fruit Stripe Gum. 4pk= $18
Wicked Juicy – Hazy IPA
In Northern California we say HELLA, but in Boston they say WICKED… We brewed Wicked Juicy as our 1st attempt at creating an IPA in the style of the great hop-forward brewers in the Northeast. Now it is a favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be! 4pk= $20
West Coast IPA is DEAD – West Coast IPA
It is time for another group brew of one of our friend’s beers. This time around we have added Manchester, England’s Cloudwater Brewing to the crew of Alvarado St, Pinthouse, Cloudburst and Cellarmaker are brewing one of Green Cheek Beer Co’s most popular IPAs. West Coast IPA is Dead is brewed with pilsner malt for very little grain flavor and loaded up with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops for hard-hitting American hop character. Little known fact: Cloudwater’s Paul Jones coined the phrase “West Coast IPA is dead” back in 2017 and has been regretting it ever since! 4pk= $20
