Over 6 lbs per gallon of Oregon grown strawberries were added to barrel aged mixed culture ale to create the most intense strawberry beer experience we’ve ever come across. Huge jammy notes of strawberry, syrupy strawberry compote, cinnamon and grenache rosé are followed by flavors of dried berries, pinot noir skins, clove, tart raspberry gastrique and supple oak.
