Capacity to Care ~ West Coast IPA ~ Ales for ALS ~ SOLD OUT
Every year we participate in the Ales for ALS fundraiser where we are sent a pre-established and donated hop blend from @yakimachief to brew whatever we want with. This year we created a highly hopped West Coast IPA (with only the ALS hop blend). This year’s blend contains mostly Simcoe, Ekuanot and Mosaic with lesser amounts of HBC 630, Citra, Loral, Sabro and Ahtanum. Cellarmaker will donate proceeds from Capacity to Care to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Drink for a great cause! 7.0%

Highway to the Danker Zone ~ West Coast DIPA ~ SOLD OUT
We love Nelson hops. They exhibit unique juicy white wine flavors unlike any other hop. There’s really no other hop quite like ’em. Here’s a West Coast Double IPA that is crushable in spite of its 8.4% ABV and loaded with Nelson hops (as well as smaller amounts of Citra and Simcoe). Notes of citrus, white wine, and gooseberries. 8.4%

We are deeply honored to be a collaborator in the industry wide brewing of Black is Beautiful started by @weatheredsoulsbrewing of San Antonio, Texas. Cellarmaker will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sales of Black is Beautiful to the Anti Police-Terror Project (@antipoliceterrorproject).
Our version of Black is Beautiful is an original imperial stout recipe that leans heavily towards the realm of what we would call a Black Barleywine. The recipe is structured to highlight rich flavors of toffee, burnt sugar, molasses and milk chocolate which we believe is the perfect accompaniment to the adjuncts of peanut butter and cocoa nibs from @cruchocolate. We encourage you to keep Black is Beautiful cold and DRINK FRESH!

📬All cans are packed by employees who are wearing nitrile gloves and masks and are following strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
📬Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case as well as CRV. Your home delivery address must be in California; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door.
📬The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GSL once the parcel has been scanned by them.
📬As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance.
📬Beer is shipped cold but is not insulated nor has ice packs. Not ideal, but it’s the best we could do with such short notice.
