Strata, Galaxy and Simcoe hops contribute notes of strawberry, Thai lime leaf and Kiett Mango. Light pilsner and wheat malts keep the base flavorful and fluffy. Drinks like an ipa, hits like a pale.

We love New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it’s perfect for a single hop beer like this. For the latest batch we used three different lots of 2021 crop year Nelson from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand to achieve a potent Nelson infused IPA.

Kilning Me Softly – Hazy West Coast IPA – SOLD OUT
There are a few points in the processing of hops that their beautiful aromatics can be accidentally driven off or altered negatively. During kilning, the wet, freshly picked hops sit in a bed while hot air is pumped through them. A perfectly kilned hop will retain just the right amount of moisture as well as those juicy aromas. We are stoked to brew the first batch of 2021 Kilning with 2021 crop year Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic & Strata.

We didn’t pass History class but we’re pretty sure that the American settlers were stoked to finally dust off their skis and surfboards when they got to California. Life consisted of long days panning for gold and skitching on carriages. Such difficult work led to the creation of the nourishing beverage known as West Coast Double IPA. As an homage to the beer style that has captured Californians’ hearts for thousands of years we brewed ‘How the West was Fun.’ Hopped with Idaho 7, Nelson, Simcoe and Strata, this beer brings major guava and ganja aromas followed by a blast of chewy pine sap.
