We made this batch of Daphne nice and clear for more defined aromas of lemon and lime, orange candy, and geranium blossom come together with the crackery malt forming something reminiscent of a certain children’s fruit cereal. The flavor is clean and balanced with juicy hops and bready malt and a lingering grassy bitterness. Hops: Strata, Centennial and NZ Motueka 4pk= $18

A big old IPA brewed with oats and wheat and an abundance of hops as well as double dry hopped. The high ester producing yeast adds an intriguing pineapple and mango quality to an over the top hop expression from Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This IPA was originally brewed for Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach’s 10th anniversary. 4pk= $20

What happens when you grow the Cascade hop in New Zealand? It takes on an entirely new character that you would never guess is coming from the classic hop we all know and love. Wild aromas of lime and Juicy Fruit gum explode from the hop that growers have now named “Taiheke.” Team that up with the ever so pungent and sticky Australian grown Galaxy and you’ve got a JUICE BOMB of a combination! 4pk = $20
Brass Boots – Copper Ale
This is a real treat for any drinker who enjoys a malt focused beer. Brass Boots is imbued with a tantalizing deep orange hue from English Maris Otter, Dark Crystal and Honey Malts. The aroma is nuanced and reminiscent of dried fruits developing into freshly baked oatmeal cookie as you sip. The flavor follows suit with rustic bread crust, toasted almond and burnt sugar. 4pk= $16

Hopped with Idaho 7, Nelson, Simcoe and Strata, this beer brings major guava and ganja aromas followed by a blast of chewy pine sap. 4pk= $22
