We had to sprinkle The Glow with a little Simcoe and Mosaic for some of that west coast dankness that we love. It’s got that Cellarmaker glow!

If you don’t know, “Mo” stands for Mosaic. The Mo’ beers are always a two-hop beer featuring Mosaic, one of our favorite and maybe the most versatile of IPA hops, with one other world class hop. The 2nd is Citra, a hop to which we dedicate much of our time searching for the fruitiest, most aromatic version from year to year. Passionfruit, tangerine & forest pine!

“Conjoined Triangles of Success” DDH Triple IPA ~ SOLD OUT
As if brewing beer wasn’t cool enough Cellarmaker and buds Other Half and Monkish were asked to brew a 4-way collaborative beer with and for the amazing crew of HBO’s Silicon Valley. Presenting “Conjoined Triangles of Success,” a hazy Triple IPA brewed in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City in celebration of the series finale of Silicon Valley. For those who haven’t seen the show, Conjoined Triangles of Success is a reference to the satirical business ideal of compromise between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Growth. Our version is A DDH (Double Dry Hopped) Triple IPA brewed with rolled oats to create a viscous body and chewy mouthfeel. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, Galaxy from Australia, Mosaic from Washington State and Idaho 7 hops. Notes of unripe pineapple, peach Haribos, sauvignon blanc grapes and freshly cut pine. 10% ABV
