Galaxy, with its crazy tropical aroma that’s laced with zesty tangerine and ginger spice, is one of those hops that doesn’t require other hops with it to make a beer pop. We just started messing with a new lot of Galaxy that is all Passionfruit-Orange-Guava. The aroma is super dreamy and follows suit with incredibly silky juiciness from hop oils and a significant proportion of oats in the grist.
