Ye Olde Pilsner is our spin on the style lovingly referred to as Pre-Prohibition Pilsner. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and flaked corn, this crisp and snapply little beer is impossibly light and clean. For hopping, we used a judicious amount of our Hallertaur Mittelfrüh from Seitz Farm in Wolznach, Germany, adding just a touch of the old-world zesty and floral aroma typical of the style. Bright, balanced, and effervescent, this easy-drinking Pilsner keeps things simple and refreshing.
