Wet Bubble
Wet Hop Pilsner • 5.5% ABV
Hop harvest season has arrived. This year we kept it super local picking hops from our General Manager Jeff’s backyard in Castro Valley! These Chinook cones were hand picked and then gently air dried overnight to remove some of the chlorophyll taste that wet hops have in abundance. The next morning after drying we added the hops to which we thought, as a pretty light beer overall, would express the gentle characteristics of the hops.
