Waimea West

Inspired by our time in the New Zealand hop gardens, this beer was developed to showcase one of our favorite growing areas in the country, Waimea West. Year after year, some of our best lots of New Zealand grown hops seem to be sourced from this one particular growing zone. So we thought, what better way to highlight them than in a beautiful little Pils? For this beer, we use Motueka and Southern Cross to bring loads of fresh lime and clean pine into the mix, while a judicious dose of Peacharine adds a soft layer of nectarines and white donut peaches. A light, crisp, and crackery all pilsner base lends itself as a perfect canvas.
