Timeland

Every year we travel to Washington to carefully choose the best hops from the American Pacific Northwest.  In the rooms where we select these hops, focus is paramount and it feels as if time stands still. Timeland is a West Coast IPA that is brewed with three of those hops:  Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 – a perfect triumvirate to bring the heaviest dankness, citrus, pine and guava tang.
