Slo Glo – Collab w/ There Does Not Exist

Our friends There Does Not Exist from San Luis Obispo share our yearning attraction to pale ales so both breweries quickly came to a consensus that we should brew a brazenly flavorful, aromatic and dank pale. Mashed with plenty of wheat and oats for some playful fluff and fermented with our hazy Chico strain so that the Uber-saturated hopping with Mosaic, Simcoe, Nelson and New Zealand Cascade slathers up the old hop hole unobstructed by annoying yeast esters. We kept it plenty hazy, brewed it Slo and now it’s time to Glo.
