Pavé

Pavé is the third release in our Brewers’ Beer series, where we hand the reins over to our production team and let them dream up a beer of their own. This one comes from the man himself, Joe Buppert (or Bupps as everyone knows him). After traveling through France and a memorable stage at Brasserie Thieriez, Bupps came back to brew with us at Cellarmaker and has been the workhorse of our brewdeck ever since. Dependable, talented, and endlessly dedicated to the craft. Inspired by the cobblestone paths upon which the L’Enfer du Nord race is held, Pavé is a Franco-Belgian Saison, pale and dry, with subtle pepper, orchard fruit, and a crackery wheat backbone. Rustic yet balanced, Pavé is our gentle nod to a style of beer less traveled.
