Krush: Moving Pitchers

Krush is a relatively new hop variety known for having flavors of mango, blueberry fruit leather and guava. We have primarily seen breweries use it in WCIPA (us included) but did a Hazy Pale Ale last year using it alongside Citra and it was an immediate staff favorite. Both tropical hops play off each other incredibly well. We’re using a really incredible lot of Krush that’s a blend from some of the best hop farmers in the game @perraultfarms @carpenterhops @loftusranches and @jacksonhopfarms alongside our brand new 2024 lot of Oregon grown Citra that’s kicking off huge notes of pineapple, satsuma orange and lime.
