Kolsch Service

Brewed singularly with German pilsner malt and kissed ever so gently with noble hops, our take on a Kölsch Style Ale is a classic representation of one of our favorite styles. Fermented cool with an authentic Kölsch yeast strain and cold-conditioned until it was ready to go. The beer is crisp, dry, and softly floral with notes of fresh baked bread, pear skin, and a hint of minerality. Delicate and drinkable, this beer is built to be enjoyed in a sun filled beer garden.
