Thousands of pounds of Cot N’ Candy White Apriums from Frog Hollow Farm in Brentwood, CA were hand processed and conditioned upon a blend of eight and thirteen month old mixed fermentation beer. With subtle notes of tropical fruit and hay bales in the background, the stonefruit character shines in the foreground with huge fruity and floral aromatics. Hi Up There is loaded with pure Aprium goodness unique to this slightly off-centered varietal.
