Highland Park’s Hasta La Raiz brew is a 7% ABV Hazy IPA that uses a hop combo of @lozafarms Citra, @abstraxhops Citra terpenes, Dolcita, & Idaho 7. The @admiralmaltings Pilsner & Chit malt help give this hoppy beer a hazy pale yellow appearance & fluffy white foam top. Jumping out of the glass are aromas of bright pineapple, fresh mango, & mixed berries.
