Flowers of Light showcases two of Cellarmaker’s most regularly utilized hops, Simcoe and Centennial. Though often overlooked for hops with greater name recognition, these two varieties are the definite staff favorites at the brewery. A streamlined and simple grain bill of Pilsner Malt and White Wheat was applied to provide a sleek and clean canvas for these two hops to express themselves to the fullest. A layered dose of Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo delivers saturated notes of ripe honeydew melon, grapefruit zest and pine resin.
