Fête de Pils is the second release in our Brewers’ Beer series, where we hand the reins over to our production team and let them dream up a beer of their own. Courtesy of our own Alex Iniguez, this French Pilsner has quickly become a staff favorite. Brewed with 100% French-grown pilsner malt and a touch of flaked corn, it’s a simple, classic beauty. Finished with a restrained kiss of French Strisselspalt hops, Fête de Pils exudes a subtle yet pleasant floral aroma. The beer was patiently lagered for 10 weeks resulting in exceptional crispness and a clean, refined finish.
