The Edge of Time is a single oak aged Barleywine. This is Batch 2 which conditioned for 14 months in 3 Willett Bourbon barrels. Pronounced fig and date character is intertwined with baked cinnamon rolls, toffee drizzle and oaky vanilla from the slow maturation. We recommend allowing your pour to warm to close to room temperature and allowing the carbonation to diminish so that all of the rich flavors may speak
