The second in a series of 2-Hop pale ales exploring the sexiest hops the world has to offer. This round Cellarmaker shines the spotlight on our favorite American hop Simcoe, the hop that sky rocketed West Coast hoppy beer into the limelight with the infamous Pliny the Younger. The second is maybe the Earth’s most difficult to find hop: New Zealand grown Riwaka. This blend creates a soft and sexy beer with aromas of winter melon, satsuma mandarin, lemon zest, white grapefruit and flavors of pineapple flesh and margarita mix!
