Over a year ago, Highland Park Brewing had Tim & Connor of Cellarmaker join them to brew Dream Sleep, a 14.5% ABV barrel-aged barleywine. Dream Sleep features a malt bill crafted with all CA-grown @admiralmaltings and blends 3 unique barrel-aged components: one aged in an Applewood stave bourbon barrel for 10 months, one aged in a Woodinville bourbon barrel for 30 months, and one aged in a Bardstown bourbon barrel for 15 months. Indulge in rich flavors of toffee, caramel, spirit, chocolate, and coffee with every sip.
