Daphne
Hoppy Blonde Ale • 5% ABV
We made this batch of Daphne nice and clear for more defined aromas of lemon and lime, orange candy, and geranium blossom come together with the crackery malt forming something reminiscent of a certain children’s fruit cereal. The flavor is clean and balanced with juicy hops and bready malt and a lingering grassy bitterness. Hops: Strata, Centennial and NZ Motueka.
