WC Double IPA • 8.2% ABV
Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil for rich hop oil stickiness and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stone fruit focused flavor. This batch was brewed for the Alpha King competition and got T90 and Cryo added of all 4 varieties of the normal Dank Williams recipe in addition to hits of Simcoe Cryo and Nectaron T90 to really just go all out. Special batch. Made with intention. Tasty as ever.
