Break All the Rules… why not? This is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we intend to make a few times a year. Perrault Farms’ Washington Mosaic and Westwood Farms’ Oregon Citra lead the charge, but the cool curveballs are Chinook Cryo and some NZ109. NZ109 is a brand new variety out of NZhops in New Zealand that is super unique. This one is resinous, with juicy hits of plum and passionfruit on the nose.
